Parking on and completely obstructing public footpath, 30th September
A white car parks on the public footpath leaving only a narrow gap to get past to access other houses and for pedestrians to walk down the footpath to the church. This has been happening for over one year. This occurs on a small footpath east of Barlby community centre on Howden Road. Thank you for your time.

Gully’s and Road sides, 22nd February
The side of the road on A63 is beginning to build up with grit and soil along the edge of the road which may impede draining the surface. (53.7971291, -1.0358909) This is noticeable when travelling east from the roundabout. I wondered if a road sweeper could be sent along the A63 - Hull Road from the A19 roundabout Osgodby/Barlby junction to clear the edges

Dangerous obstruction, 13th January
Cars outside Turners Accident Repair are parked in the hatched loading area and overflowing onto the grass verge. Presumably they are staff vehicles as they are they same vehicles every day. This is causing large car transporters to load and unload vehicles on the road between the junction of Highfield Crescent and the A19/A63 roundabout. Traffic heading towards the roundabout is forced to drive on the wrong side if the road, into the path of traffic leaving the roundabout. There are often vehicles loading and unloading at peak times and it can be a busy road when parents are dropping/collecting children from Barlby CP primary school, which is just down the road. Staff vehicles have recently started parking on the grass verge, which has turned to a complete mud bath. Mud is also left across the footpath.

Parking and speeding, 14th July
There is not enough parking down this road for residents without front gardens/driveways and their visitors/home carers. And this problem is made worse daily by the customers of the Chip shop that also has no parking available. There are a VERY limited number of on street parking spaces which are often taken up by chip shop customers, patrons of the pub, or more recently, completely taken away by the inconsiderate residents having unnecessary lines painted.
It's incredibly frustrating for residents that come home from work and have nowhere to park near their own home, and specially the residents with medical conditions who's carers or families are met with having to risk parking on double yellow lines just to help them out or do personal care.
The number of cars that use this street as a rat run between roads is also ever increasing, and not only that, the speed at which alot of cars come down here is very concerning considering the parking problems and the residents with children using the street. Alot of vehicles exceed the speed limit daily.
This problem could be easily counteracted by making this street a one way street. Entry being from York Road, Exit being onto Pindars Way, putting in speed bumps, making this a 20mph road, and taking all the double yellow lines off the sides of the road where residents don't have parking, except where access is needed to the few driveways/side streets

Footpath completely blocked at school drop off time., 14th May
Today I saw a lady on a mobility scooter have to drive down the road to get past this car. The grass at the side of the path is not level or safe for scooters or wheelchairs or even pushchairs to get past but several cars park like this every day to take their children in to school with no thought for others. Parking like this is illegal but for some reason it is not enforced on this stretch of road.

Blocking the path while parking, 15th April
Yet again these cars completely block the path for pushchairs and force them in to a very busy road. Careless, selfish drivers who only care about saving themselves a few seconds walk and don't consider the effect they have on others. This happens every day, twice a day. Why aren't they being ticketed to act as a deterrent.
