Fly Tipping - Cinder Blocks dumped on road verge.
There has been previous incidents of fly tipping in this exact location before that I have reported. Additionally 300 metres to the west there has been two separately reported incidents (windows and carpet underlay). I suspect the same person. Can you please also get some liaison going with the police and get some discrete cameras or similar put up to finally catch this obviously the same person fly tipping at these locations.

Flytipping, 20th January
Flytipping of 2x old rolls of carpet, a yellow plastic bucket/tub, 2x black bin liners with what looks like rubble/rubbish inside. Located on the roadside verge next to the hedge on the eastern side of the road on Roseberry Hill between Huby and Stillington (Stillington Road) at the highest point. In this location on the opposite verge a few months ago there were some tiles flytipped that the council removed after my reporting of the incident. Seems to be a hotspot! Same person??

Flytipping in drainage ditch, 17th November
Flytipping in drainage ditch. This was previously reported some time ago (in the summer). Since then the site has been visited by someone from officialdom and has positioned 'crime scene' tape onto one of the fence panels. The original flytipping materials are still in the ditch (2x fence panels, approx 9x bags of rubble). The whole point of reporting the flytipping is to get it removed from the watercourse so it does not damage the environment or block the watercourse. Merely placing crime scene tape on the flytipping itself does not remove it from the location and is futile. Please get the flytipped materials removed as that ac tually stops contamination from occurring!

Potholes/road subsidence, 26th April
Potholes/road subsidence. All along this section for several hundred metres is affected. Various previous 'repairs' have only led to the surface breaking up again. This whole section requires a permanent repair and thereby fixing long term to minimise the cost to the taxpayers as expensive short term repeated attempts at putting off the inevitable resurfacing of this road. It should be noted that this is a bus route and also a route for large agricultural machines so this narrow section of road is used at a higher loading than you may expect. At the minute is has more patches on show than a 1970's status quo concert.
