6 Dale Rd, 6th July
On Friday July 3rd while walking between these 2 units I tripped over the raised paving stone covering the drainage culvert next to the actual drain itself. I fell flat on my face hitting my forehead hard and grazing my knee. This has subsequently resulted in my having a swollen and grazed forehead and on subsequent days first one and now 2 very black eyes and a bruised nose. I am very concerned that this might happen to someone else. I understand that this has been reported by the Unit holders in the past and that the raised stone has been there for some considerable time. I would urge you to take swift action to prevent a more serious accident taking place. My husband has taken pictures on his mobile both of the area in question and of my face and we will send them to you when we work out how.

Stile blocked, electric fence, no signs, 26th August
The stile out of the corner of the horse field is completely overgrown and impassable. The gate to the yard has a padlock and chain on and the fence has an unlabelled electric fence wire which I electrocuted myself on trying to climb over as there seemed to be no way out. The chain can be lifted off the gate post but there are no signs on the gate to say it's the way out. Very dangerous.
