Road works in langtoft, 22nd March
Could you ask drivers to switch off their engines when they are stationary waiting for the lights to change a simple sign would suffice with houses close to the highway having lorries pouring ou deisal fumes, no2, particulates etc its a health hazard

Two (sometimes three cars) cars (same owner) park their cars within feet (see images) of a busy and restricted junction on the B1249 on a brow of a hill. Also cars are parked against the flow of traffic at night. This is a serious accident waiting to happen.

Traffic, 4th November
Langtoft is a small village,with a very narrow high street.yet insead of using the A164 which is wide and best.Huge lorries ,use Langtoft some times driving on the pavements.This village is not ment to take such heavy traffic.motor bikes race through .I have lived here for 3 years and there has been more than a handfall of deaths on the road from Driffield.

Severely damage road surface and subsidence, 8th August
The road surface from the roundabout north of Langtoft, to the roundabout at the far end of the village is damaged, with broken up tarmac and it is uneven and undulating due to subsidence. This road has been getting gradually worse for years with no evident work to improve it between Staxton and Driffield except for a couple of isolated sections.

Large area of disintegrated road surface, 5th March
There are numerous areas of the road south of Langtoft, just within the 30mph limit, where the resurfacing and repairs done a couple of years ago have totally disintegrated.

Road surface disintegrating, 14th March
The new road surface which was put down only 2 years ago is disintegrating. Probably due to the excessive HGVs on this road which the council refuses to limit!

Dogs barking, 7th October
Dogs constantly barking early morning and throughout the day, owner leaves them outside in very small yard and does not shut them up.

Dog fouling/ bin obstruction, 9th June
Public walk way through from sledmere road to church lane, Langtoft. The cut through adjoins Two properties church lane properties.Also residents leaving brown ,blue,and green bins in walkway obstructing acess.We walk our children to langtoft primary school down this alley there is dog mess left regulary all over the path.waste bins which should go in the residents gardens not left in alley way .
