Footpath blocked by wire fence enclosure, 2nd August

Vehicles diverted through village, particularly on the middle bend on main Street,driving in convoys,three this morning,almost hit me. There has been one collision so far!, 16th January
On the middle bend on main Street ulleskelf. Today,16-01-18.At 08:00 hrs,as I came around the corner from the post office,almost outside my gate,a van had mounted the pavement,I had to move from middle of path to the wall of building to avoid being hit! The van was closely followed by 2 cars who had also mounted kerb. This is been observed on a daily basis,children are on there way to school,a very dangerous situation. I understand there has been at least one shunt,and several near misses.
