Travellers have vandalised the new barrier and driven onto the grass verge with caravan, vehicle and set up fires., 15th August
Highways have just finished spending a lot of money on the West Knapton Junction on the A64. New wooden barriers were erected to protect the verges from being driven on. This morning, 15th August, travellers have damaged the barrier and driven on to the grass verge, set up camp, and lit fires. PLEASE TAKE ACTION TO REMOVE THEM AND MAKE THEM PAY FOR THE DAMAGE.

A large pothole is developing around the ironwork / drain on the bend just before Scampston Bridge, it is quite a large and deep hole and dangerous considering its on a 60mph stretch of road.
