Bad surface break up bigger than a pothole., 24th January
I reported this last week along with others but this one has not been addressed. There is a height difference of 1.5” - 2” on this road surface which is not good for cyclists- it really needs to be cut out and relaid. Dimensions are about 15ft long and 6ft wide. Need cutting out, filled, tamped down and liquid sealed around edge.

Large surface breakup, 24th January
I reported this last week along with several others. The person obviously did not know how to repair a pot hole or surface breakup! All he has done with this one is sweep the gravel back into the hole! The others he just pored tarmac into a wet hole, no drying and left it hopping cars would flatten it. Next frost it will probably pop back out. He did not seal the edge with liquid tar! Terrible workmanship!!!

Pavement on Constable road where playing field dangerous, 10th January
All pavement along side of playing field and along the bottom end- classed as howes road, totally eroded. So uneven and dangerous towards and passed where Dog Waste bin is. All path along far end of playing field totally covered in moss and allegedly has never been cleared since the 5 detached houses built. So slippery.

Double yellow lines note visible and being ignored, 21st August
There double yellow lines on brooklands at the end of brooklands close need repainting. People are regularly parking their vehicles here and blocking the entrance to brooklands close. This issue has increased over the last year due to the lines note not being visible.

Lights not on at correct time, 30th May
I reported in April that the rope lights on Filey seafront from the Coble Landing to Crescent Hill ie the main section, where lit during the day but went out early evening. This was rectified but in the last few days it has reverted back. They go out before sunset so the main stretch of the seafront is in darkness. This is just as the season starts and just before the Jubilee weekend - not good for a seaside resort. Can it not be properly sorted!

Deep mudded pathway, 18th February
This pathway was reported back on the 16th June 2014 and since than nothing as been done about the state of this pathway it is along deeper now and it looks like a field of cow have been through using it, I bet you will fill it in when something put a claim in it would far cheaper to do it now than after. I will take this matter to the next level if nothing is done about it on my next visit. I think in nearly 3 years something should have been do. And please do not reply and say it was repaired in the past cause I do know that it has not been done!!!
