The gulley in the lay-bye is completely blocked and the lay-bye becomes covered in deep water when it rains making the lay-bye unuseable and therefore cars are parking dangerously on the roadway

Hole in Pavement, 20th April
Hole in tarmac pavement approx 20 cm deep, 10 cm wide, 40 cm long. (Possibly collapased into animal burrow beneath path?)
Dimensions such that foot would easily go in and become stuck, causing injury. The path is unlit, so greater danger at night.
