Blocked Box Junction, 5th February
During busy time of the day mainly rush hour morning & night the B4636 Newtown Road backs up through the tunnel extends back across the Newtown Rd/ Sherriff Street/ Williamson Rd junction. Drivers heading into Worcester ignore the cross hatch box junction markings meaning cars from Williamson Rd cannot cross or turn right and traffic from Sherriff Street cannot cross junction into Williamson Rd & people driving out of the tunnel cannot turn right into Williamson Rd. Please can Highways or the Police monitor this junction and issue people driving not in accordance with the highways code with warnings or tickets as the situation often leads to dangerous situations and drivers in the box junction not caring one bit due to ignorance of the rules. I have had near miss incidents on several occasions having to weave through cars blocking the junction.

Dangerous parking, 27th November
We have a problem with cars being parked on a junction of dutton Street Worcester and rainbow hill. The cars are being left close to the junction so has you come to turn left you are immediately going into the rear of the car parked. I myself have met cars coming down the middle of the street because I have had to take a wider turn.

Another fallen tree onto public right of way, 22nd September
I have reported that one tree has fallen, but I have now been notified that another one has fallen along the same stretch. This is now the third tree that has come down, so it may be worth inspecting all of the embankment.

Tree has fallen from the embankment of the M5 South, onto public right of way., 18th September
I work for the management company that looks after the industrial park, including DHL and SuperSmart. There is a public right of way running behind it where the tree has fallen from your embankment over the top of the ROW. At present the fence is holding it up, but it could fall further at any time, and where it is hanging, it is directly over the footpath, and also a drainage stream, so could easily cause further issues if not taken down. It is just further along from a tree that I had to report a couple of months ago.

PIRIE AVENUE - Damage 'Rope' Bridge (still), 13th September
Hi,
Please can I bring to your attention that the bridge on one of the playframes showin this picture have remained unfixed for about 1 year+. This is very said and seems to show a lack of care or ownership for the play area, enjoyed by many of the local children.
Please, please can you look at getting this fixed. Older children have now been pushing sticks and branches through the tempoary pallet boards each end which could be a hazard to smaller children playing on the frame either end.
Thank you.

Hazardous parking, 15th August
Vehicle parked for months in this spot directly over the corner of the junction. Causes an absolute blind spot and is dangerous regarding vehicles trying to manoeuvre past which often come face to face / head on with each other. This will eventually lead to a RTC due to poor parking decision which breaches the Highway Code rule 243. Police have been notified who informed me this is a matter for the council to enforce unless the vehicle is abandoned in the middle of the carriageway preventing moving traffic getting past.

There is a tree overhanging a public right of way at the rear of the industrial estate from National Highways Land. The is previously been cleared but the remains have been left on the path and the tree is at risk of falling further.
