Damaged and deteriorating utility cover on pavement., 17th April
Utility cover on pavement in front of 131 Leavesden Road is damaged with the hole getting bigger day by day. Noticed this issue week beginning 15/4. Becoming a trip hazard and someone may fall through the cover soon.

This lady driver parked yesterday on the zig zag area next to crossing. The same lady did exactly the same but on the opposite side., 23rd March
