Various deep unavoidable potholes across the road., 2nd February
As you drive up the lane from Cronton Road, the roadway becomes marked by a series of unavoidable potholes that span its width, leaving little room for drivers to navigate around them. These potholes are substantial, reaching a depth of at least 5 inches and presenting considerable size. Progressing up the hill, additional sizable potholes emerge at various points along the road, further contributing to the challenging driving conditions.

Road markings almost invisible, 13th January
The road lines and markings on this roundabout are almost invisible and have been for a minimum of 12 months. The lanes are not clear on a three-lane roundabout and this is a serious hazard. I travel on this road daily and witness cars and lorry’s merging into each other because the lanes are not visible, it’s a free for all when starting from the lights before Rainhill stoops. I was hit by an artic lorry 3 months ago from behind because he could not see me on his left as he drove over the lane. I know where the lanes are because I’ve travelled this route for over 15 years but the hazard is getting worse with drivers just guessing the lane line and moving towards other cars and lorry’s dangerously. The lines need to be defined properly ASAP. My insurance premium was increased through no fault of my own due to invisible markings gs that caused a lorry to veer into me. Please resolve this necessary task.
