Rubbish cycle lane, 21st April

Sun, 21 Apr 2024 10:39:53 +0100
53.352424 -2.737937

Indirect, stops for no reason, crosses several major roads, and doesn't link in with any other infrastructure. Who designed this garbage? There's no point to having 100 yards of segregated cycle lane, if that's all there is.

Parking on double yellow lines near a junction, 19th April

Fri, 19 Apr 2024 17:22:48 +0100
53.334778 -2.736282

Parking on double yellow lines near a junction. Almost daily 2 or 3 cars park on double yellow lines, near the end of Oxford Road Runcorn. 3 times in 2 weeks I've nearly been hit by a car here. It's rediculous, and has to stop. This is at the junction of Oxford and Greenway Road in Runcorn.

Old town parking issues, 18th April

Thu, 18 Apr 2024 13:52:25 +0100
53.342208 -2.731251

Vehicles parking on double yellow lines on Public Hall Street is an accident waiting to happen - Weatherspoon's getting deliveries means the road is blocked and no one can get in or out of this street. Also if you are exiting as there is only road available (when it isn't blocked) if a car comes in it is going to cause an accident. I had to wait to turn right into Public Hall street to get to work and as there was a delivery van blocking the road. I pulled into the bus depot so cars behind me could move past me and I got shouted at by another driver for holding them up. It is awful on Public Hall street and also in the Old town itself and something needs to be done.

Rubbish tidy rrequired, 18th March

Mon, 18 Mar 2024 09:58:35 +0000
53.334564 -2.742898

The bushes and trees have recently been cut back only to reveal lots of discarded rubbish. It looks awful. Can these areas not have the rubbish removed at the same time as the trees and bushes are cut back? We would rather keep the trees and bushes than see all of the rubbish that's simply left behind follo8ng such council activities.

Raised road across both carriage lanes, 17th February

Sat, 17 Feb 2024 09:48:45 +0000
53.357551 -2.73536

The two northbound lanes of the Widnes loops viaduct there is still a problem regarding the surface. This is a raised part of the road and at 60 mph is very hard on the suspension of my vehicle. Been over this morning 17/02/24 at around 9am. This is further on than the maintenance which was closed on Thursday 15th between 8pm -6am. Really needs to be looked at please and repaired.
