10inch deep pothole on eastbound lane, 14th February
Large pothole on eastbound lane, about 20m east of the entrance to Ivy Farm. Having struck it directly, I can confirm it is large enough and steep sided enough to cause damage and deflect a vehicle from a safe passage.

Very deep potholes on both sides of the road, 19th December
Severe degradation of the road surface and deep potholes. Covered by water so not visible!!! Even at 20 miles an hour causes damage to car wheels, would cause serious accident if hit by a motorcyclist or road cyclist .

Weeds along pavement verge, 27th July
The weeds have grown out of control in a number of roads in the village- Smithy Lane and Westbrook Road in particular- in some parts over a foot high. Has been reported a number of times both to council direct and also parish councillors. No action taken whatsoever.

Cavity appeared in road - potential to collapse, 12th August
A small hole has a appeared in the tarmac surface on the road between the gates to Home Farm and the row of cottages next door. There is a large cavity below. It is difficuly to see how large, but definitely large enough to collapse if driven over and deep enough to trap or damage a vehicle.
