Accumulation of grey and blue bins permanently., 2nd March
I am a resident who lives very close to this affected area. Since I’ve lived here (2021) there has been a constant problem with residents just permanently leaving there blue and grey bins on collection day (Fridays) after their bins have been emptied. There is always at least 4-5 bins permanently left out on the street close to my home, bins are just recklessly left on the pavement. As well as this being a hinderance to pedestrians and motorists, on one occasion paramedics were blocked off from getting easy access to an unwell resident by bins that were in their way it is also an eyesore for residents that live close by. In this affected area there has also been regular instances of fly tipping of objects as varied as a 70” tv, tables, chairs and a washing machine. This has been reported to Warrington borough council and “your housing” before but no action was taken.
