Fence damaged, 2nd December
M6 northbound, south of Jct 23 to east of Rob Lane. The fencing has fallen over for about 6 sections onto the motorway embankment. Possibly due to the weight of cables strung along it. Nothing to prevent people or animals accessing the motorway. Needs replacing asap.

Car parked blocking pedestrian access, 25th October
This vehicle definitely needs to be removed as pedestrians and those using prams or disabled push chairs cannot get through. Taken pictures 25 October 2023 at 15.25 hrs.

Illegal car parking, 3rd July
Cars parking on both sides of the highway, blocking the footways on both sides of the road, this happens through the week in the evenings when attending a gym / fitness class from 6pm.
This is a serious safety issue and needs to be stopped immediately.

Bright lights, 29th April
Driving southbound on the m6 there are flood lights shinning into the road that are quite bright and disruptive to drivers that blinding to drivers they are facing directly into the cars which can be dangerous

Northbound carriageway large potholes middle lane, 30th March
Where a previous trench has been filled in has now produced a severe long and deep pothole in the middle lane of the northbound carriageway. Approx 5:30pm 30/03 there were large pieces of tarmac on lanes 2 and 3 as well as the deep potholes. Potential danger to road users.

Underneath of bridge is falling off. Bridge that crosses the heritage trail from Rob Lane to newton lake, 24th August
Walking under the bridge we noticed when looking up that some of the underneath of the bridge had fallen off. Another piece fell off into the water as we walked by Don’t know how long it’s been like this
