From the bridge over the Peover Eye up the hill to where the road ends, 9th April

On the side of the road near the pull in layby before the bridge over the Peover Eye, 6th April
This is a deep pot hole on the side of the lane 18"-2' across and several inches deep Its position requires vehicles travelling away from the bridge to either straddle it, thus risking slipping off the verge into the ditch or cross onto the opposite carriageway on the right hand bend to avoid it all together into the path of any oncoming traffic. When full of water its a death trap to a car's suspension if driven by an unsuspecting driver.

Close to the driveway to Cheers Green Farm opposite side of the lane the, 6th April
This drain has been blocked since September. The road often floods right across the road here anyway, but has done so repeatedly over this exceptionally wet winter. The flooding has found an exit off the road around the little stone bridge on the Cheers Green Farm side of the lane. This has under cut the last stone of the parapet and the stone has now fallen into the little brook beneath. There has been a huge muddy puddle around the blocked grid most of the winter, making vehicles cross over to the wrong side of the lane on the bend to avoid it, when heading towards the A50.
