Road outside church in both directions, 21st April
We live at Deansland and often find it difficult to get in and out of the driveway when an event is taking place at either the Methodist Church or the Village Hall. Saturday 21st April was a craft fair at the Village Hall. People were parked on both sides of the road making it impossible to get out of our driveway with a horse box. We had to abandon plans and lost money. It was extremely difficult to get out in the car. When services are held at the church people also park on both sides of the road, again making access to our property difficult.
Is there anything the council can do to help? We don’t necessarily want yellow lines but maybe some signage? Many thanks

Plumley Moor Road/A556, 19th April
There are two sets of two traffic lights as you approach the main road. One pair, right by the stop line on either side of the road and the other pair facing you on the junction.
When phasing to red, the traffic lights closest to you turn red eight seconds before the lights facing you, meaning that there are a few seconds where you have one pair on red and the other pair on green.
When phasing to green, they are all in sync.

Whole width of road has a poorly finished service crossing. Looks like it comes from a nearby street light. One section is very bad. Looks like it has had paint to identify it as a repair but the paint is faded as the defect has been there for so long. This need sorting as it is dangerous

The bridge on the B5391 Pickmere Lane near Brook Farm, 8th March
The bridge has repeatedly been repaired on both sides of the carriageway due to speeding cars. Residents have requested a reduction in the speed limit or signage to indicate narrow bridge and “S” bends on. Both sides approaching the bridge.

Side of road has collapsed causing a 25m long pot hole. Warning cones have been placed in the pothole to prevent cars from being damaged. Highways has carried out a temporary repair only and which is only a token gesture. Urgent repair required.

Carriageway is cracking, fretting and has multiple potholes. Worst towards A556. Location is in national speed limit, unlit, on a bend and carriageway is narrow. Fretting/cracking evident for a few years. Potholes as per photos probably for over 3 months.
