Ashley Road between North Lodge & 'I Want Trees', 18th April
The kerbs are lower than the road level, cars, tractors and lorries regularly mount the pavement and drive onto the path here where the path is either always flooded and slippery with mud, or like just after Ashley Mill Lane the path is barely a foot wide and lorries miss you by inches because there's no raised kerb protection. As per the photo the paths also need raising 5" because the lowest point will always fill with water. Walking on the road in a 60mph limit is dangerous to pedestrians. THIS NEEDS FIXING BEFORE BRITFEST. These paths are dangerous.

M56 , before Jct 7, Westbound, 2nd April
Lanes 2 and 3 of the M56 westbound before jct 7 need complete resurfacing. This should have been done before the completion of the smart motorway. Lanes 2 and 3 are covered in potholes especially near the white lines. Will cause damage to vehicles or accidents if not fixed

M56 between jctn 6 & 7, 28th March
The road surface of lanes 2 & 3 on this completed smart motorway section are dangerous in parts . Proper resurfacing of this stretch never place only in patches. Driving on some of this stretch particularly from jctn 6 to 7 is now becoming dangerous in parts and it will only be a matter of time before a serious accident as a result of Highways failure to resurface properly occurs. Please advise .

Shocking surface on approach to J7 WB, in Lane 3 especially, 19th March
This surface desperately needs a throrough resurfacing, it's disgraceful it's been left as is and considered "finished" for so long.
Lane 3 on approach to J7 WB is virtually undrivable (yet lane 4 has been resurfaced, it seems to me this has been done for cost-cutting reasons, and lane 3 was deemed acceptable!), especially on the offside, with ruts causing tram lining and potholes the full length, the only way to drive safely is to put the offside tyre pretty much against the white line!
