State of the verges and hedges on Chapel lane, 28th June
All hedges, verges and footpaths on School lane and Chapel Lane are dangerous and virtually impassable due to lack of cutting, cars are getting scratched and walkers are having to walk on the road along School lane, the weeds in the gutter along the road are now approx 2ft tall

Debris on road and damaged bus stop, 3rd June
Yesterday morning there was a loud bang on A57 near junction of Chapel Lane. Passing by today it looks like a vehicle hit the bus stop on the Warrington bound lane and there is debris from the damaged bus stop and presumably the vehicle on the carriageway.

Street lights on Swan Brew Manchester Rd Hollins Green Rixton, 2nd December
All bar 2 of the street lights are not working along Swan Brew which is Manchester rd at the junction withGlazebrook Lane through to the Black Swan. It is very dark along this stretch especially as the street lights are the opposite side to the footpath. There must be at least 5 lights not working.

Excessive wear and potholes on the corner where it will be dangerous for all road users. This causes lightweight vehicles to skip and lose traction on this poor surface., 23rd February
These faults have been evident for some 2-3 years and getting worse in each successive winter period. The council have made NO attempt to repair of fix the problem either temporarily or permanently. The top 50mm layer of tarmac has been eroded over a large surface area - approx. 20M x 4M in size.
