Car blocking public right of way, 16th December
This car has been here since we moved into our property in early 2021 and it's causing us issues with navigating up the path as it's blocking the route onto the public path.
The car also leaves the space at alarming speeds during the night and due to the road being quite dark is causing a major risk to life.

Parking on double yellow lines at the corner of St Peters Quay/Moat Hill and Baltic Way, 26th March
There are double yellow lines at the corner of Moat Hill, St Peter's Quay and Baltic Way. Vehichles mount the kerb at the corner and park on the double yellow lines. This blocks the splay. Vehicles travelling along St Peters Quay toward the town are forced onto the wrong side of the road at the corner by the pub, which is a blind spot. Oncoming traffic heading toward Baltic Wharf meets outgoing traffic on the wrong side of the road. Vehicles trying to to turn up Moat Hill, cannot because the splay is blocked. Pedestrians are forced into the road as they have to walk around the vehicles parked on the double yellow lines. Boulders were placed about 12 months ago along the kerbside to stop vehicles parking here and using the kerb to mount. In recent times these boulders have been shifted by parkers looking for a spot. When the pub re-opens, this area will become utilised even more. Please may you put some posts or other deterrent that cannot be moved, along the kerb next to the double yellow lines to prevent vehicles mounting the kerb here.
