Parking in turning area, 25th March
We live in cul- de- sac with a turning area neighbours have 4-5 cars and continually use as a car park This makes it very difficult for both ourselves and our neighbours to manoeuvre cars on and off our drive Last year I had to be taken to hospital in an ambulance The ambulance had great difficulties in turning The people have now bought a huge 4x4 which more often than now impinges on the road outside of the turning area on to the road Is it possible to have signage saying turning point NO PARKING either painted on road or a sign erected Recently we had a visitor who had to reverse all the way down the road as they were unable to turn This in itself is no mean feat as the road is a public right of way especially for school children

Rubbish bins, 24th November
We have 3 refuse bins standing in Tor Close for the flats above the shops. Commercial waste from Squires and One Stop using our bins and dog users from the close also. As some of our refuse is now being collected from our flats can we please all have this facility again as come collection day we cannot dispose of our rubbish and the commercial waste is being left in the street for the seagulls to rip apart.

Large camper causing issues, 27th September
There is a large camper parked on Gibson Road, almost outside number 51, it’s hard enough to get out of driveways and at school drop off / pick up it’s extremely busy and hard to get out of driveways as it is. It will cause an accident as well as causing an obstruction. If it’s a camper it should be on a campsite or on a driveway l.This camper has been parked on Davies Avenue for weeks and now is parked on Gibson Road.

Continued rubbish and smell problems., 9th July
Reported this problem a week ago, regarding Squire's fish shop. Which was dealt with via Swis Co. This is a picture taken this morning Sunday 9th July at 10.15 a.m. We have heard vermin in our roof space over the last few nights. This doesn't help, also gulls attacking bin. This is more Environmental Health problem now.

Stench from fish shop bin, 28th June
Squires fish shop trade waste bin overflowing again. Hot weather causing stench. 9 flats above affected. Gull attack, have had rat problems. Owner only there for 15 minutes early morning. Needs official sorting.

Tree cuttings dumped, 28th April
The residents of 19 Freshwater Drive have cut their hedge and dumped the cuttings in a public area/park. Please refer to pictures of the said hedge and cuttings. They have been doing moped there now for a number of moths.

Road down to substrait in some places, 20th April
The road approaching the roundabout outside of South Devon College is now seriously badly. Where previously pothole repairs have been patchy, there is now such an assortment of various depths that driving on it gives the experience of offroading. This is very dangerous for both cars and bikes and even pedestrians as cars swerve to avoid damaging wheels on these deep holes.

Multiple 2ft wide 10mm deep potholes at roundabout into college, 19th April
Multiple potholes 2-3ft & 10mm deep at the roundabout into SDC , this road is shocking as it has probably 10-15 potholes from the the start of Long Road all the way down to the college . Considering students on motorbikes and scooters use this road it's a miracle no one has not been seriously injured.
