Parking in turning area, 25th March
We live in cul- de- sac with a turning area neighbours have 4-5 cars and continually use as a car park This makes it very difficult for both ourselves and our neighbours to manoeuvre cars on and off our drive Last year I had to be taken to hospital in an ambulance The ambulance had great difficulties in turning The people have now bought a huge 4x4 which more often than now impinges on the road outside of the turning area on to the road Is it possible to have signage saying turning point NO PARKING either painted on road or a sign erected Recently we had a visitor who had to reverse all the way down the road as they were unable to turn This in itself is no mean feat as the road is a public right of way especially for school children

Elberry Cove - washed up green barrel, blue towel & float, 21st January
There is a washed up green barrel in the scrubland area above Elberry Cove beach. There is also a big blue towel and a big ball which would float on the sea surface near the lifebuoy on Elberry Cove beach.

Collected rubbish including barrel on Elberry Cove, 3rd January
Rubbish, a lot of it marine items, has been collected then left on Elberry Cove. Lots of dog waste bags, empty hot drink containers, etc have now been added.

Rubbish bins, 24th November
We have 3 refuse bins standing in Tor Close for the flats above the shops. Commercial waste from Squires and One Stop using our bins and dog users from the close also. As some of our refuse is now being collected from our flats can we please all have this facility again as come collection day we cannot dispose of our rubbish and the commercial waste is being left in the street for the seagulls to rip apart.

Human waste discarded onto highway., 30th September
Another near miss for a pedestrian as the occupant of the 'Viceroy' trailer caravan slopped out his bucket of urine and other human waste from his caravan doorway onto the highway. When challenged, the street dweller responded with abuse prompting a report to Police (Log no 1028).

Caravans parked on side of road without a towing vehicle attached, 28th September
Caravans have been parked down this road for some considerable time with people living in them. There is evidence of human waste and there is rubbish left on the side of the road. This is causing through traffic problems and as there are no toilets the people using these caravans defecate behind the caravans. This has been going on for months and none of the relevant agencies seem concerned.
