Abandoned van, 25th February
Van has been left obstructing pavement and opposite a very busy junction for two weeks - possibly longer. Has not moved in this time. Churscombe road opposite the junction with Vicarage road. Causing problems for buses turning onto vicarage road and partially on pavement which is a hazard for visually impaired and wheelchair/ mobility scooter users. It’s a busy bit of road as there is often a queue for the petrol station and this is adding to the chaos at busy times

20” pot hole, 4th January
There is a pot hole on the blind brow of a hill it is causing cars to go on the wrong side of the road on a blind brow of the hill and could lead to an accident. If this is not fixed the council should be responsible for any accidents caused as you have now been informed and cannot claim ignorance as a defence.

Worn out storm drain cover .rattles when driven over., 17th December
Recently reported and resolved Presumably a temporary fix as it has started rattling again. I have reported this several times over the years the drain cover or its frame is either badly worn or broken the only time this drain doesn't rattle is after heavy rain when it becomes completely blocked with mud. Please can the complete frame and cover be replaced..we are nhs workers on shifts and sleep is compromised by this issue.
