Parking on corners and across pavements, 15th August
In the evenings this road has car parking around corners and opposite junctions, forcing cars onto the wrong side of the road and increasing the chance of an accident. Also multiple cars park across the pavement obstructing pedestrians. I have seen pushchairs with babies in have to be pushed into the road to get around parked cars. This happens along meadow rise, round sliver way into poppy close for years now.

Noise from overnight works, 12th July
Very noisy at 2.45 to 3.15am today - disc cutter or similar. Given most people are sleeping at present with windows open and the air is very still so that the noise carries it would seem sensible to target these works early evening or post 5am at earliest.

Claming painted parking space, claming 2 parking spaces., 18th September
Surely this is defacing council property and illegally taking possession of a public road as if it belongs to them. This has proved to be quite embarrassing for visitors if they park there as they are hit with a verbal attack. Always taking 2 parking spaces and currently painting her parking space to claim. To add, this is a council owned plot and not included on her deeds. offending car: Silver Ford Focus with Disabled Badge.

Due to closure of A380 this unsuitable lane is being used as a "rat run" & considerable traffic problems are occurring

Smeared dog poo in front of driveway, 20th September
Whether this time it is an unfortunate night time dog drop followed by someone else stepping in it I don't know, but this is not uncommon and the verge right outside the house often has uncollected dog poo on it. As we frequently have visitors getting out of vehicles on to the verge and as the Council's infrequent grass cutting means I cut it regularly throughout the year, this is quite a major issue. I have pressure washed this time

Pothole in narrow lane & difficult to miss due to lane width.. Lane used a lot by traffic going to Hannahs, so many vehicles are adapted cars/minibuses carrying disabled people.

8" wide & deep pothole on east side of lane. Difficult to miss as lane narrow. Lane busy with traffic to Hannahs., 12th March
Pothole has been here for several weeks and is getting bigger. Depth is unknown as it usually full of water. Difficult to miss as lane is narrow. Lane has lot of traffic going to Hannahs [previously Seale-Hayne Agricultural College]- high proportion of adapted cars and minibuses for disabled people, including Devon County ones !!
