There are 2 large potholes on the bridge, one of which is on the crest of the bridge making it difficult to spot when travelling on this road - dangerous for motorists and cyclists alike. This seems to be a sunken manhole cover of some sorts. The second pothole (on the Lnagford Farm side of the bridge just seems like a regular (but sizeable) pothole.

Residents unable to use new parking spaces provided, 19th March
You kindly built new parking spaces under Kerswell Arch. We can't use them because they are continually full of second hand cars for sale. I think the culprit has finally given himself away because for 10 days we have had a second hand tyre and car van parked there aswell. the address on the van is for Coventry Farm Estate also in the village. Surely his business rates don't cover for trading under the bridge? Also they sell cars on the verge opposite Coventry Farm. I thought this was illegal.
