Sign unreadable Why power it when it is unreadable. Reported several times by phone. Earliest two years ago. Sign is meant to display parking in all carparks and is wasting power.

Drain cover clinks very loudly, 25th October
Drain cover on Wolborough St outside 83b clinks very loudly each time a car drives over it Since we moved into 83 I can hear the drain cover clink loudly every time a car goes over it. Wolborough St is very busy, early morning I can hear it when I'm trying to sleep and during the day, it's repetitive and disruptive.

Car has been parked in a visitor space and hasn’t moved for over a month, 9th February
This car has been parked in a visitor space for over a month, it’s not even parked currently and is blocking entrance paths to houses and to the park, this space is strictly for visitors only and spaces here are very limited as they are. A note was placed on car and was removed

Parking on corners and across pavements, 15th August
In the evenings this road has car parking around corners and opposite junctions, forcing cars onto the wrong side of the road and increasing the chance of an accident. Also multiple cars park across the pavement obstructing pedestrians. I have seen pushchairs with babies in have to be pushed into the road to get around parked cars. This happens along meadow rise, round sliver way into poppy close for years now.

Inconsiderate Parking nearly cause accident, 8th November
This Morning an inconsiderate driver parked on the junction to my road. A young lady with a pushchair was very nearly hit by a car as she tried to cross the road behind the car. The law states you should not park within 10m of a junction. as you can see this driver parked well within that distance. Parking on Hunterswell Rd has always been a bone of contention as people park here to walk their dogs at the park (even though it has it's own free carpark) or just park all day and go to work in town to avoid the parking charges, but this idiot took the biscuit.
