Flytipping and trashing the countryside water ways, 17th April
There are probably another 50 photographs I have of litter and Flytipping along these farmers channels where as you can see wildlife live. This is along the road from Taunton road to High Ham, I must add this is only 1.5 miles, there is another three miles. Why is it that the council never pick up there signs they jus leave them, shocking!!!!!!!!!! When are people going to stop, I walk this 1.2 miles every day and dear god what a mess, there is a swans nest here as well with three eggs, it is breaking my heart. This road is used a a cut through road from Langport to the Taunton Road. Action needs to be taken. Regards Felicity Bowring

Roadside rubbish on A39 in the area of Loxley Wood, 11th January
The A39 verges have become increasing strewn with discarded items e.g. tyres, road cones, a large ex water butt that has been used for plaster mixing, a car bumper and more. Sorry but the road is too fast for me to stop and take pictures safely, the length of the A39 from the traffic lights at Knowle to Walton is bad but the area through Loxley Wood is the worst.

Ridgeway lane Greinton requires road sweeping, 12th November
Green vegetation starting to grow in the middle of Rideway labe.. Please send a mechanical sweeper to clear this as it is a hazard for cyclists. There is quite a bit of gravel in the centre of the lane as well in places. I don’t think it’s been swept for a considerable while?
Thank you

People having accidents on one road due to ice and potholes., 14th January
My Mum’s just been cut out of her car whilst going 30mph due to black ice. Upon speaking to other people in the village, another two people had near misses yesterday whilst travelling very slowly. When the Police arrived, even they skidded on the road. The accident resulted in two police vehicles, an ambulance, and 4 fire engines so this issue really needs sorting. I’m lucky my Mum is okay, but her cat certainly isn’t. The road is dangerous and will cause fatalities.
