Parking blocking entrance to close, 4th December
Refuse collection and general deliveries cannot enter the close. Refuse collection has been missed on many occasions. Emergency vehicles cannot enter we have elderly residents. Children and people with pushchairs cannot cross the road safely as there is no clear vision.

Pavements are for people to walk on not lorries to park on, 24th August
Lorry parked on pavement. Plenty of space on the road. The driver watched me walking up the pavement and onto the road to get around his Lorry. Completely ignorant especially given he is a professional driver with a HGV licence.

Very dirty road spring gardens, 11th July
Spring Gardens is very dirty with mud & gravel on the road. The road sweeper needs to clean the road regulary while the building is happening. We realize that the dirt & grit will happen but it needs cleaning before there is an accident. When the building of the new estate at the bottom of Northgate the road sweeper cleaned the road every Friday at about 4pm and sometimes in between We do feel this is why we pay our community tax.

Excessive mud on road, 20th February
There is a construction site adjacent to this section of the road and the tractors and trailers leaving the site are bringing mud on the road! Luckily it isn't raining at present but when it does it could be treacherous! Surely there should be a wheel wash on site to prevent this? Do the operators of the tractors have Waste Carrier Licenses? Is the site they are taking the waste to a registered tipping site? The track to the site should be constructed with a hard surface to prevent this happening?

Cars parking on double yellow lines!, 29th December
There are regularly a considerable number of cars that park on double yellow lines in the middle of Wivleiscombe, in the square and in West Street. It's a nightmare getting through there. This illegal parking goes on at all hours of the day! There's plenty of official parking in the town, but people are just too lazy to walk. This needs resolving.

Last night 22 JAN a fridge freezer has been dumped on the High Street, presumably in the hope the bin men would take it away.

Repeated nightly parking on double yellow lines on a bottle neck road by this car restricting emergency vehicle access, 7th August
For the past few months this car has been parked in this area of double yellow lines most nights it is on a tight bend and a bottleneck on Golden Hill. Residents have been asked not to park here because it pinged on access for emergency vehicles. Due to the fact that traffic wardens don't patrol at night this family think its OK to do what they are doing. Almost every other resident disagrees
