At the junction of The Avenue and the access road into the CoOp supermarket there is a very large area of road surface that has delaminated down to the previous road covering. Not too deep at the moment but evidence of crumbling and breakup needs to be sealed.

Missing rubbish bin, 19th April
For well over 30 years there has always been a council rubbish bin on this corner, where there is a seat and a patch of grass frequently used as a dog toilet. In the last few months the bin has been removed, hence now bags of dog waste are being thrown over the fence into the school grounds and local residents are finding more and more litter in their gardens. Please please could this be replaced.

Blocked and overgrown drain in Market House Lane Minehead, 13th April
The drain which is blocked is causing a significant flood risk to the almshouses in Market House Lane. Refer to photos - this drain has not been operational for a long time. It is completely overgrown with plants and mud has collected in and around the drain. Because of the quantity of mud etc, plants have now grown in the drain making the problem even worse. When there is heavy rain, the water which cannot be removed by the drain flows to the opposite side of the road (the road cambre slopes that way) and floods the almshouses on the opposite side of the road.

Streetlight, 11th January
I live at 12a The parade which has to be accessed through a gate which is in a very dark alley. This alley is used by everyone but there is no sufficient lighting. There is a street light but this hasn't been working for years. At night, the alley is also a regular meeting place for youths and unsavory looking people. I have to walk through there all the time and its very scary especially in the winter

The school orange warning lights are not on when children going in or out of school!. I've Never seen them on in the year and half that I've taken my children to school there. Please please get them working!

Leaves all over the footpath making it slippery, 22nd November
There is leaves on the footpath on the same side as the school. When wet, these leaves get very slippery. Which poses a risk to the young children and parents on the school run. This happens every year when the leaves fall.

Blocked/slow draining drain in the car park, 22nd November
The drain in the car park for the Alcombe Children's Centre is very slow draining/blocked. It can flood the car park posing a danger to parents unloading and loading young children in their car. There are leaves all over the car park which when wet is very slipping, adding the the chance of someone slipping over.
