New road sign erected at the junction of Broad Lane with A396 almost totally obscures a drivers vision to the right., 8th August
At the Broad Lane Junction with the A396 a new blue sign (No Access for Heavy Vehicles) has just been erected on the corner of Broad Lane. Coming down Broad Lane this sign obscures the driver's vision when turning out onto the A396. Turning to the right at this junction has always been difficult because of a lack of vision, and accidents have occurred. Now, with the sign obscuring what little vision there was, it is likely that there could be many more accidents because of the blind bend.

There is a 1 in 4 advisory traffic sign on the southern side of Broad Lane going down the hill which has been turned round through 180 degrees
