Tree down, 8th June
There's a tree blocking the lane beetween Howley and Marsh. If you come into Howley from the A30, take the first junction on the right, continue down that lane, then you'll come to a steep bend (grit container on that corner). The tree that's down is jusst above that corner.

Overgrown verges obscuring visibility, 8th July
This is a difficult corner anyway but always gets overgrown in the summer. The verge itself has been cut, but it really needs a strimmer because the whole fence is now overgrown and obscuring the oncoming traffic. Coming from Chard, drivers of normal height cars cannot see a thing and just have to take a chance. It is very dangerous.

Pothole in the centre of the road, 6th July
There is a pothole in the centre of the road at the start of the temp traffic lights. This is getting worst due to the constance traffic crossing over the line lines due to the lights.

Dislodged services cover, 2nd July
Somerset highways say they don’t own this road but I think this must be database error! This broken lid and wide hole are a danger to vehicles and pedestrians using the soft verge to this narrow country road. It’s been open for weeks. Obscured view, 17th May
Thank you for sending a tractor and flail to cut the verge on this dangerous corner. However, it has NOT solved the problem as there are reflective posts every few metres and the flail isn't able to get close enough to cut down the cow parsley so the view is still obscured on this dangerous corner. You need to send a man and a strimmer! Or a woman who has more common sense!
