Large mid section of a tree blocking stream, 20th December
I have today discovered that someone has deposited a mid section of a large tree into the steam that runs past my house. The stream is roughly 3mt wide and 1ft deep. The section of tree is roughly 3mt long and 2ft in diameter. It has now become lodged under / against the bridge that I use to drive onto my property. At some point this is going to cause the stream to flood as the tree is basically creating a dam. I have an idea of who created the issue up-stream but they are very confrontational and I do not feel comfortable approaching them and the job of removing the large section of tree is beyond my capabilities as it requires a chain saw and at least two very strong men to cut the tree into an estimated ten sections to make them manageable to lift. My side of the stream is up hill and above the flood level but the other side of the blockage has an old chapel that is below the flood level so it will very likely get flooded over the next week of predicted wet weather. The stream is presumably council owned and not within our Boundary. Can you assist please?

Mud and flood, 25th October
This lane is becoming almost impassable as the mud is almost a foot deep and the drain is constantly blocked hence flooding. Personally I think the lane needs to be scraped out by a digger.
