One of the signposts is damaged, some of the sign plates are also damaged and come loose, all of the road signs are still filthy and all that are obscured by overgrown hedges, branches, weeds and everything which needs to be trimmed and cut down. Also, perhaps it is better to move the signposts and sign plates back away from the road a bit and give them a good clean.

Fingerpost sign in a very bad condition, also barely visible due to overgrowth, 22nd June
The fingerpost sign is seriously rusty and in a bad way. The problem is compounded by the fact that the hedge has almost encircled the sign. It is nearly impossible to read the sign and some parts of it are already obscured from vision.

Damaged road sign and dirty road signs at the junction, 20th December
One of the road signs are now a bit damaged and it needs to replace it but move away from the road a bit on put it at the top of its signposts. Also, the other road signs are all dirty and it needs to be cleaned. It's been there for a long time now.
