Speeding Cars/ Lack of 30mph signs, 26th March
As you leave Pewsey going east on Milton rd, from the mini roundabout extending approx half a mile the road continues out of the town as a 30mph zone. The problem is there are no roadway signs confirmimg this and the only evidence that it is 30mph are warn painted road markings where i've marked outside my property. Cars and Lorries regularly pass my property exceeding 30mph particularly in the evening when speeds in excess of 60mph (approx) must be being reached (judging by the way my house shakes!) An urgent review of the signage along this stretch of road is required before either a serious accident or death occurs. I have been nearly hit a dozen time while trying to exit Dursden lane in the last 4 months alone! (Have only lived hear for 4 months!)Also a Police operation/ roadside speed indicators would also help to educate people that this is a 30mph zone.
