Large deep pothole outside 4 Highworth Road coupled with failing road surface either side of kerb extending past entrance to No 2 Highworth Road, 15th April
This pothole and failing road surface has been getting worse for at least six months. Today a traffic management crew turned up followed by a gulley sucker; they set up their roadworks signage but left after about 15 minutes with the pothole untouched. The pothole is large enough to step into and could prove fatal for any poor cyclist forced into it, especially if facing one of the interminable lorries headed to and from the new housing development further along Highworth Road.

Not sure how long it's been there but on my Facebook post others have hit it and damaged their cars. I have to get my car checked out as there is now something wrong with the steering and will probably have to place the wheel and tyre.
