Van continuing to park on the grass verge has ripped up the grass and it's now an absolute mess.

Loose sewer cover, 18th January
A newly fitted sewer drain cover has been fitted by the concractors that are building the houses bearby. This has come loose and bangs loudly when cars run over it. Its getting worse quickly and could be cracked. Its keeping the residents awake at night.

Street light day burning, 11th November
Lamp column 107 and 108 Shaftesbury avenue day burning but only half the lamp and a few dotted about on rest of lamp. Goes on and off flickering at night . It’s the lamppost light and not the street sign on the lamp column that’s affected. It’s located on Shaftesbury avenue north bound just before the junction with Keswick.

Contininous illegal parking, 10th September
Neighbours that live on queens drive First two houses to the left. Continue to park on this piece of council land and reverse their cars into the hedge. Damaging our hedge that we keep tidy. Have left several polite notices not to park here but all been ignored and still ongoing

Only 1 set off traffic lights working on whole round about., 24th April
The traffic lights at the roundabout coming off the A149 south bound are always on green. None of the other lights on the roundabout are in operation.
The lights on green give a false signal to drivers that it is safe to proceed.
This could be dangerous for road users.
Suggestion - cover traffic lights until all lights are in operation around the roundabout.
