Loose sewer cover, 18th January
A newly fitted sewer drain cover has been fitted by the concractors that are building the houses bearby. This has come loose and bangs loudly when cars run over it. Its getting worse quickly and could be cracked. Its keeping the residents awake at night.

Street light day burning, 11th November
Lamp column 107 and 108 Shaftesbury avenue day burning but only half the lamp and a few dotted about on rest of lamp. Goes on and off flickering at night . It’s the lamppost light and not the street sign on the lamp column that’s affected. It’s located on Shaftesbury avenue north bound just before the junction with Keswick.

This North bound slip no longer exists causing sat navy’s to divert vehicles southbound down Merlin Way and heavy vehicles doing dangerous U turns. This North bound slip has been closed for months.

Road surface subsidence, wheel ruts / pothole, 12th October
On the A419 north bound starting by slip road to Merlin Way 1) previous repair patch has sunk: 2) continuing north bound A419 very deep ruts (caused by lorry tyres in soft tarmac) then just before the flyover the White Hart rounabout there is a dangerous rut (next to a sign) appox 1m x 0.5m - the O/S front wheel of my car dropped into this hole and the car was forced towards the verge.
