Flytipping, 14th February
Tenant’s flytipping, isn’t it about time the landlord educated them. This is not only an eyesore, it’s a health and safety issue. I was visiting a friend in the area & evidently any complaints that are made to you are blatantly dismissed. it’s revolting, maybe worth bringing it to the attention of the local paper, historic flytipping and landlord turning a blind eye.

The owner of 230 Whitworth Road has illegally removed the concrete post outside the house so they can use it to drive onto the drive, 4th February
Concrete post illegally removed by occupier of the house resulting in mud being driven over the pavement, cars blocking the pavement and stopping anyone from using the public footpath including myself who is disabled. Outside 230 Whitworth Road Swindon SN25 3BU

Pot hole again., 31st January
I have no hit another pot hole. this time i would like to claim it back as it's not becoming ridiculous. this pot hole is massive and also dangerous. caused me to drive very slow on a speed limited road of 50 to then pull over where is safe to sort the issue. i have now had to pay for another new tyre which has now put me in a very bad position regarding cost of living. i now will struggle to reach to cover my bills due to having to buy a new tyre when the tyre which was damaged was relatively new. please sort this very fast as i would hate for this to happen to someone else.

Fault street light and no way to report as not on the Borough list, 30th January
The street light on the pathway between house #7 & #8 Damson Path, Swindon was not on over months. However, this light is not listed either on the Swindon Borough or the management office, Trinity. Even reported to Council and Trinity, no action was taken as both claimed that not under their area. We don't know why there is a street light not taken care by Council?? We do hope the Council can take measure to fix the fault street light and also update their record including such.

Black bins not collected rear of 34 Casterbridge Road, 27th December
Our last black bin collection was 17th November. The rest of the street has been collected on the scheduled days, but the bin lorry has missed our cul de sac. This has been reported multiple times and complaints have been left with the council and with the local councillors.

Water logged, 26th December
The field is utterly water logged which is why the trees fall into the river. The ground is so wet it drowns trees and they rot from the inside. The ground has sunk considerably due to the water logging. Grass has died and turned to clay in high traffic areas giving the potential for slips, trips and falls
