Dangerous potholes, 18th June
Extensive and impressive collection of deep potholes among the stretch from junction with Bath Road past airfield. Wilshire Council should be proud of their failure to address these on this busy cut-through to the A420/A46/M4. There is a very deep new hole near the left verge as you drive towards Bath. This is a real hazard to two wheeled vehicles in particular and would likely cause significant damage or injury if hit at normal speed. Suggest Wiltshire resurfaces this as quickly as possible as it is DANGEROUS.

Large number of potholes, 26th February
Extensive potholes, some deep and wide, all along the road between the junction with Bath Road and past Colerne airfield past the point at which the road drops downhill towards Doncombe Scrubs. There are so many potholes that it is almost impossible to avoid them. These have been there for several weeks, and the situation is getting worse each day. This road is very busy at peak times as it acts as the 'rat run' between the Bath/Wiltshire borders and the M4, due to people avoiding the clogged A46 up to the Cold Ashton/A350 junction and then to the Tormarton M4 interchange. There is a high risk of damage and also of injury to road users, especially motorcyclists and so this road needs urgent and proper repair. Some very poor patching has been carried out in response to previous reports, but these have been inadequate and last only a few weeks. Please can you effect a proper and full repair as quickly as possible.

Dog fouling, 9th March
There is a substantial amount of dog mess which is along the footpath or adjacent to it. The foot path runs from the village of colerne then leads towards the Azimghur barracks past the entrance to lucknam park finishing at the entrance to the barracks. My daughter fel into the dog mess and was covered in it. My wife has counted about 117 incidences of dog fouling along this route some in bags dumped along the side of the path but the majority is just left where the dog owners have let the dog foul. There is no dog poo bins along the road to provide a suitable recepticle for decent owners to use either.

Resurfaced areas in appalling condition, 18th June
The eastern edge of the roadway along the Fosse Way by Colerne airfield is in terrible condition, with a deeply ridged surface that has had cyclists off their bikes (or forced to ride along the crest of the road) and pedestrians (me) occasionally pelted by grit as cars and trucks progressively erode the surface layer and deposite grit all along the edge of the road.

Waste tipping, 6th August
Over the past few weeks there have been several cars driving to the end of Totts Lane, or walking up there with bags of waste. Whilst most of this is green waste they have, on occasion, left plastic bags and other litter
