This lovely Grade 1 Historic England chapel is suffering from the weight of traffic and speed on this B 3109 road. The ridge has been fixed twice in recent years and the stone work either side of the main door is eroding away. We would appreciate a visit from you to discuss the problem, 18th September
I am a member of the PCC of Box parish and am the warden of this little Chapel and I live near by. This Chapel is 13th century and is used for Sunday services. As you can see from the photos it is very near the road.

Trees along the road overgrown, 19th September
The trees along A4 Box Road heading into Bath near Broadlands Fruit Farm have overgrown, this results in local buses and large coaches coming down the road and using part of the opposite side of the road of oncoming traffic. I can only assume to avoid the trees taking their mirrors off, this means it is extremely dangerous when there are a number of blind bends along this stretch of road especially as it is starting to get dark earlier now. Please can the trees be trimmed back

Abandoned car left in carpark, 10th February
Car tax ran out October 2018, car now has a flat tyre and has not moved for a about 3 months. The car is taking up a space in a small car park.

Lots of cats eyes not working, 17th December
Along this road from 5 ways traffic lights to Bathford many of the cats eyes are no longer reflecting. This causes a lot of issues when you have thick fog like this morning as its hard to see where the road is and the bends in the road.

After works to electricity supply & phones. Large vehicles have been damaging verges & road surface. photo one shows embankment worn out by over sized vehicles, photo two shows road surface is now gravel & worn out.

Road side crumbling, 13th September
The side of the road where MJChurches are dumping hardcore at Kingsdown Golf Course is being destroyed as the trucks go in.
There is a very deep and dangerous pothole stretching 2' into the road.

Trucks using road at rush hour, 17th January
There seems to be an insane number of MJ Church tipper trucks using this road at rush hour. In the stretch from five ways junction to the MOD doubl mini roundabouts you will pass three trucks coming towards you. In the stretch from Bradford Leigh crossroads to Five Ways junction you will pass half a dozen trucks coming towards you. What's with this massive number? After every truck passes you have to do your windscreen washers because of the stuff they flick up, and sometimes they flick up stones too.
