Pothole about 500mm long, 21st December
Large pothole on A350 heading towards Trowbridge on left hand side about 50mtrs before roundabout by the Milk Churn. Road surface on the whole length is starting to break up in several places.

I have a wall blocking my vision to oncoming traffic, 19th September
I have a wall blocking my vision to oncoming traffic when leaving C&P Medical . Avro way bowerhill melksham so is there any chance you can in stool a mirror on the opposite side so we can see if any vehicles are approaching my exit

Broken drain, very deep, danger to local kids, 29th July
This small circular drain has been displaced several times this year, and three times today, there are a few children who like to play on bikes, scooters ect. It is dangerously deep, and can easily be prised/ficked up by a bike/scooter wheel. It can be placed back in its position, but it is only a matter of time until someone injures themselves on this drain. It is located in front of 17 Thyme Road, Snowberry Lane, next to another drain which I hope is also safe.

Double yellow lines missing, 30th March
This bit of road has recently been resurfaced and all be road markings repainted except for a small stretch of double yellow Lines about a car length long. There have been people parking in this gap causing obstruction where where there should be one.

There are lots of stones and other debris around the roundabout, someone drove wide on it today and showered me in stones.

Damage to Crossing & bulbs not working, 9th March
On the pelican crossing outside Melksham Hospital on Spa Road, the lamps on the hospital side appear to have been hit or twisted slightly and now not all bulbs are functioning (ie green light).

Pelican crossing sensors faulty, 9th March
There are 4 push buttons for this crossing, two on each side of the road.
When pressing the button closest to the bus stop, all indicators (to advise button has been pressed) illuminate for a few seconds and then extinguish. If you walk to the other post and use that button, everything works fine.

No signposting of sports centre if approaching from West, 28th February
There is a sign to the sports centre, but it is only at the exit from the roundabout. There needs to be one for people coming from the West along the A365, or alternatively one on the next roundabout west.

Noisey motorcycle, 2nd September
The owner rides down Kenilworth Gardens in Melksham Wilts, I think he works at Avon tyres, I presume he lives in the vicinity and this is his route onto the A350 The registration is WP64 XUP I don`t` know what the make of bike it is but it is louder than loud with no silencer on it, they get removed to make it go faster I call them " goefer`s"it is very annoying surely the police can have a word with him.

Street light obstructed by tree, 5th August
The light emitted from the street light is mostly blocked by a tree.
At night, now that many of the other street lights are turned off after midnight, the area in front of the play park is paricularly dark, due to the obstruction caused by tree branches.

Stolen Steps to foot bridge, 5th August
All steps (except the very bottom stone slab) have now been stolen from both sides of the wooden bridge which cross the now very overgrown brook.
Sadly it appears these were taken over the winter months!

The public footpath has become overgrown and people have now created a new route which is steep and slippery when wet!
