Central carriageway litter, 12th February
I am stationary on the M6 owing to a very tragic accident closing the motorway in both directions. I can’t help but notice an incredible amount of litter that has patently accumulated over time. Surely Highways England has the resources and timetable to at least cleanse all central reservations annually? Kind regards

Broken drain cover at entry point to slip road, 13th January
A broken drain cover, split in half, and large enough to break a wheel rim if a car drives into it. It's located at the entry point of the slip road to the A500, from the north bound side of the Alsager Road.

Large Pot Hole M6 South Around J16, 1st January
We hit a large pot hole about two weeks ago heading south just before or just after J16 on the M6 (I believe centre lane).
It was significant enough that the car made a large bang as we went over it and I thought we may have a blow out, but we got off likely.
I would treat this one as relatively urgent.

Grass cutting, 22nd May
This is not a problem but a request, is it possible for me to do the first cut after 'no mow May' rather than your contractor? I can do a far better job than the ride on mowers as most of the grass just gets flattened and it looks a mess! I will also clear away the cut grass. If my request is approved then you would need to instruct your contractor not to do the cut.

Queen street park area (cara), 11th May
I've just collected up loads of rubbish that was scattered about the little ones area... the bin needs emptying as was very full.. and if possible the area needs the grass cutting its very very long!!!
Also the play equipment for the littles one's looking a bit tatty, maybe needs a lick of paint ect...
I use it alot just needs attention if possible

The Alley way between Turner Avenue and Wedgwood Avenue is littered with rubbish and dog poo bags.. All in the hedgerow and along pavement... in fact all the streets around wood lane need a spruce up

Huge amount of litter and other debris along the A500 from J16 in towards Stoke on trent, 8th March
Appalling amount of litter, vehicle parts, shredded tyres, old cones, dilapidated old signage, sandbags, plastics and more, along the whole length of the A500 from J16 in towards the city. This what people see when they approach Stoke on trent, it looks like nobody cares. It must also be a hazard to wildlife. Need a major litter pick of small and large objects as the whole stretch looks like a rubbish tip.Utterly appalling to see on a major route into our area, and alot of it is council-owned items that have just been left behind. It is a constant mess and embarrassment to Staffordshire.
