Potholes. Multiple, 28th January
Potholes on Junction of A34 and A500. Potholes on all slip roads (North and South bound. East and West. Issues are years old and 'seem' to have been missed by recent resurfacing works. How they were missed is baffling. Most likely its a case of 'not my job' on behalf of Highways England and Stoke Council. Imagine if instead of saying that's not my job, despite it being just a few yards away from these bureaucratic boundaries, you actually worked together to cover this very busy junction. The same message will be sent to the local councillor and local MP. Photos not attached as I'm not standing on the A500 A34 A50 taking photos.

Report on FixMyStreet
White lines designating lanes are now gone , and after reporting this last month , I've witnessed 2 more crashes , one which caused delays at the scene until the vehicle could be towed away, 7th December
As you approach the roundabout the road is supposed to be split into 3 lanes , the right one to enter the roundabout and turn right to the Motorway slip road , the centre one to enter the roundabout for ongoing traffic , the left one to turn left and access the A500 , the problem is that people are driving into the left lane and then carrying on across the roundabout because of " NO ROAD MARKINGS " , the last accident about 4 days ago could have resulted in serious injusy , 2 cars , one from the left and one from the centre lanes crashed and were unable to move , meanwhile a huge lorry was coming from the A500 and luckily was just able to stop in time . The solution is only 2 lines painted on the road with a left turning arrow in the left lane , If you send me the paint I will do it myself before somebody gets seriously hurt or even killed !!!

Badly faded, 13th November
Very badly faded , within last 5 days already been 2 minor accidents and inevitable that a serious accident is certain to happen, there should be 3 lanes the left one solely for entrance to A500 the centre one for access to the roundabout and the right one to the motorway slip road, people who don't know the area are coming to the roundabout in the left lane and crossing over to the right to gain access to the roundabout causing the accidents
