Double parking, 13th August
We seem to be getting a lot of double parking making it extremely difficult to get in and out of the street and they also are blocking the pavement forcing people to walk in the road it is completely unacceptable

Caravan parked in road - trailer base of old caravan parked in road, 30th March
231 - 235 Winchester ave caravans smashed up in front gardens. Caravan parked and sited in road. Old trailer is not a legal trailer it’s the floor / base / wheels of an old smashed up caravan. Gardens are filled with rubbish and broken sheds / canopies/ dangerous to drivers who can’t get through. Kids climbing over rubbish and trailers in road.

Empty property, 16th April
The lady at the property number 6 died 11/02 the house is a council house and the family are yet to hand it back to the council. The house is empty with no electricity, gas, internet, furniture etc… the family come every night and have parties in the house and make noise. Causing general unrest in the cul de sac Why is this been allowed to happen when this is a social housing shortage?

Litter all along Dividy Road & slip roads, 17th December
Litter on Dividy Road and the surrounding slip roads has been accumulating for many months. Litter is thrown out from passing cars on this busy road in Stoke-on-Trent on a daily basis and it gathers in the mud along the slip roads in front of residential houses.

Van and truck parking outside my property daily, 17th November
I live on a corner plot between banksman Rd and trevithick close. My driveway is on Trevithick close. My neighbour who lives further down the street, who also has a drive has chosen to park his vehicles on a short space between the corner and my driveway. When I come out of my drive my vision is blocked and I cannot see if anything is coming from the other direction. He parks also the 2 vehicles half on the pavement. As it is an estate with children playing out. I cannot see around the vehicles to make sure it is clear. and a few days ago I nearly ran over a neighbours cat. Last week we had a delivery of furniture which we had to lift over the wall as the van was blocking my entrance. We knocked and politely asked him to move the van, his wife said he would after he finished eating. He never came to move it. When I came from work last night I could turn straight into my driveway because of the pickup being parked so close. I had to drive past and then reverse into my drive. I am sure that he is not within the law of parking too close to a corner. I do not want my husband to get into a dispute with the neighbour, but something needs to be done. The neighbour has made it very clear that he will not move his vehicles and clearly thinks it is his right to block our entrance and our vision to turn out of our drive. He has his own driveway but chooses to make it difficult for us.
