Following an RTA approx 5weeks ago - accident demolished Bayswater Square street sign. It is lying on grass verge with lump of concrete. Can sign be replaced please and broken one removed? Many thanks., 30th October
Broken sign has been lying on grass verge along with lump of concrete waiting for someone to trip over it. Also, as this is a new estate - missing sign is causing confusion as to where Bayswater Square is.

Purple Honda with 2 flat wheels, 23rd March
The vehicle is a purple Honda and is sitting in a visitor bay for around 3 months, the vehicle is not taxed or insured and has no MOT but was obviously driven on the road. The Vehicle is parked of Dewsbury Crescent. Not one of the residents own the vehicle and nobody has been seen going to or from the vehicle.

Leaves on road and gutter, 12th November
Copperglade Stafford. The road is coverd in leaves and when braking on wet leaves vehicles skid. The gutters are also full covering drain. Storm Abigail is forecast with heavy rain which will add to the problem.

Large bump has developed in road, 16th September
Since the drains works have been started on Beaconside, a large bump has appeared on the road which sharply jolts cars which is dangerous.
This appeared at the same time as the sinkage that appeared on the opposite side of the roundabout which I believe the contractor fixed, but they didn't fix this bit!
The current bump is on the A513 side of the roundabout.

Rear access road, 27th May
The rear access road to the rear of the terraced properties is very overgrown with brambles. With the addition of the bins it makes it very difficult to access my rear parking space. Also the actual road going towards the rear of the properties is very uneven and overgrown with grass. I have only attempted to go down here once, scraping the underside of my vehicle.

Mud and gravel on roadway, broken road surface., 20th February
Mud and gravel being trailed out of work site onto the roadway. Contractor was sweeping the road regularly but now appears to have given up on housekeeping so the road is thick with mud and stones. Surface is also becoming badly potholed. Management of contractor's vehicles is causing traffic chaos and restricting access to Kensington Drive. A nightmare for local residents.

Mud and gravel on roadway, 11th December
Mud and gravel on Tixall Road adjacent to Severn Trent roadworks (between St Thomas Lane and Kensington Drive). Also damage to verges from contractor's vehicles. Road sweeping is being carried out on Tixall Road but stops between St Thomas Lane and Kensington Drive. This has been the case since commencement of these works in September.

Dangerous deep pothole on corner verge of street, 19th November
Reported repeatedly to council over the last year. Already one accident to elderly lady. About 1 metre wide and 2 metres long and half a meter deep in the grass verge on an outside corner of the road. Invisible at night.

Pathway blocked by overgrown hedge, 10th October
There is a lovely beech hedge on a sharp corner of Avon Rise - it belongs to number 24. The hedge grows rapidly each year and is now virtually blocking the footpath causing pedestrians to step onto the road. As this is on a tight bend I consider this dangerous. It is easily remedied with a good trim of the hedge

A large and deep pothole has appeared on humped back bridge over the canal on Baswich Lane. Not only will it wreck car wheels but any motorcyclist unfortunate enough to hit it will have a nasty accident.
