The resident of the house it happened outside came out and said numerous reports have been made I’m the 11th person he’s seen hit it, why has nothing been done about this

Abandoned Moterhome causing attention, 18th August

Thu, 18 Aug 2022 15:47:49 +0100
52.785069 -2.109819

This MotorHome has been on the carpark near my flat for over 2 years and has not been moved or looked at since the end of last year. Whoever owns this does not live in our estate. Teenagers often hand around it at night smoking, which considering the leaking oil could be a fire hazard for those living nearby. They have now vandelized it, the tyres are flat & oil is leaking from the engine. This is a big concern for the people using the carpark and homes nearby.
