Flooded for months, rats, rubbish, stench., 17th April
This flood has not been touched since November 23. It just keeps getting bigger. You can't access anywhere. Why haven't the council drained this and cleaned it up. It'll be there forever at this rate. It's a health risk.

Clattering manholes, 12th January
I live at the end of Aldbury close, Parkside. There are several manhole covers on the Beaconside road behind me and every vehicle that goes over them makes the loudest crashing noise. The glass in my conservatory shakes. I have cracks appearing. The noise is constant and relentless and is continuing to make our lives a misery. Please please can this be looked into as a matter of urgency because it’s making me ill. Why can’t manholes be put into pavements rather than roads. The manholes that are loose are on both sides of the A513. We have been complaining about this for a few years but it’s now worse than ever. It’s totally unacceptable that we should suffer this amount of continual exceptionally loud clattering.

The trees are overhanging garden, 5th April
I have reported this issue several times. The trees have not been cut for several years (despite being told they have). They overhang my garden and hang very low over the pathway at the back of the house. When the trees are in full leaf it again causes a massive issue for the pathway and our gardens when the leaves drop. The leaves have some sort of fungal infection which again causes issues. AGAIN I ask that these be pruned right back. Underneath your trees in my garden is a chicken coop and the debris from these trees can cause mites for my ladies.. Please can this issue be urgently rectified. If not please email to confirm why

Isobel Trail, 7th November
Had anyone walked along the Isobel Trail lately. It's a disgrace. The rubbish everywhere is disgusting. Dog bags hanging from trees too. I don't think it's every cleaned up anymore. If this were in Brocton there would be an outcry but the north end just gets missed.

There’s a pile of bin bags that the council haven’t collected from the end flat next to the old Coral betting shop- it’s disgusting. Newly Planted Trees, 15th November
New trees were planted towards the end of last week into the park land between Sandyford Road and Corporation Street. On Sunday morning I found many of the trees had been pulled out of the ground along with their support sticks and plastic protectors. I managed to re-plant some but others are damaged beyond repair and the plastic covers are also damaged. It may be worth a look over from the grounds team.

This noise is continuous. It is caused by at least one grid that is not in place. It has been going on for at least 6 months? I don't know why it can't be solved because it must be simple to solve!
