4 foot deep hole, 30th October
There is a massive hole in the road. And it washed away all the soil under the road.

Fallen tree which will fall onto the busy road shortly, 18th October
The tree has fallen but being supported by a fence it will eventually fall straight into the road blocking both lanes. This is a busy road and it's right on a sharp bend.

BT? road repair that has sunk, 3rd March
This is an old repair to the road, adjacent to a BT manhole at the junction of Church Lane and Vanity Lane in Oulton, Stone. The repair and ground under has shrunk and is getting worse which will soon cause an accident. Requires inspection and further repair

Rubbish dumped, 30th October
Walked along Knenhall lane and found tyres / inner tubes / old boots dumped at the side of the road about 2/3 of the way along from the top heading towards Knenhall - opposite a sign which warns of cameras watching the spot!!

Road surface breaking up and deep pot holes, 6th January
This stretch of road is becoming dangerous as there are many deep pot holes that can not bee seen when it is wet as they are full of water. Some are sufficiently large enough to cause tyre and suspension damage. The underlying issue appears to be that previous rectifications had not been carried out sufficiently well to produce adequately robust repairs.

Potholes and crumbling road, 4th January
The road south of Cotwalton Farm seems to be crumbling all down the left hand side. The rest of the road is full of potholes which are getting quite deep.

The road surface has entirely eroded here. There are multiple potholes between the road junction at 136 on map and the marked area below Cotwalton Farm. The lane also has grass growing down the centre for the major part of this section

Road in bad state of repair, 3rd October
In particular between the Longton Road and the junction with Cross Lane, lots of mud on the load, bad drainage and the road has started to subside. Already reported to SCC but to no avail. The whole of Kibblestone Road needs sweeping from the Longton Road junction to the top of Rock Crescent, it is in a really bad state.
