Glass debris on both carriage ways on blind cornor and brow of hill - difficult to see, 17th October
This morning (17/10/2017) while driving to work at approximately 08:16am I ran over glass debris that spanned both carriage ways. The debris looks to be the result of a vehicle collision and not cleared up.
I'm reporting this incident, as in my experience glass debris from vehicle collisions tends not to be cleared, but it can obviously cause damage to vehicle tyres. I've rang 101 (Derbyshire constabulary) this morning to report it and have been given the incident number 180171017

Subsided re-instatement, 4th November
On 24/10/2011 a gas supply was taken from the Ashbourne Rd, adjacent to former queens arms, to the property - The Stone cottage. The re-instatement has subsided leaving a significant depression across the carriageway. Traffic is bouncing across/in the depression to such a degree that my house (former queens arms) is also bouncing/reverberating from impacts. Of course this makes living intolerable but is structurally damaging. The former queens arms is a listed building. Your speedy response is neccessary and would be greatly appreciated. Yours faithfully Andrew Lewis. Tel. No. 07773314657

Cycling, noise, motor cycling on footpath, 28th June
I am a pensioner living in sheltered accomodation at the end of Swinson Close Rocester. A shortcut footpath runs along the boundary of my property. My access and two other properties access leads out on to the path and I am continually being harrassed, threatened by louts who use the path to go to Northfield. They spit threaten me and throw things over my hedge causing damage and distress to myself. In the last 12 months there has been 2 incidents of motor cycles being driven down this narrow path. The path is also used by all and sundry, adults as well as children cycling along it and I have been hit several times by cycles. I estimate at least 10 to 15 cycle passages per day. i want notices put at either end of the path to show that cycling, motor cycling, loitering, abuse and noise all should be banned for me , my family children and grand children and animals are constantly being put at risk of injury.
