Paths on Park Road Leek, 19th June
Can you please explain why everytime you leave the paths looking like this on Park Road in Leek after you've cut the grass banks? This may be just a box ticking excercise to the Council, but we live here and we end up trampling this into our homes. It's bad enough that you leave sections of the grass bank uncut, but the areas you do cut you just leave lying around. Have some pride in your work and please stop doing this, I'm fed up of grass cuttings blowing into my front garden and being trampled through the house on our feet.
No doubt you'll come back with some laim response that you're not responsible for the grass cuttings once cut, we'll I suggest you should be, it's not nice to look at and is causing a nuisance! What do we pay our Council taxes for??

The man hole on buxton road by Osborne street needs to be looked at as every time a car or a lorry go over it the noise is terrible please can someone look at this A.S. A.P

Very wobbly BT manhole cover outside Coral - twisted my ankle!, 14th June
The BT cover wobbles about an inch up & down from level at opposite corners, so when I walked over it turned my ankle quite painfully.

Manhole with area around it recessed a fair way., 24th January
The manhole has an area around it that is much lower than the manhole - the manhole cover itself is the right height but the depth of the area around it is making it very hard to navigate the roundabout when I am driving to work.

Street name plate sign missing., 4th December
Street name plate sign Macclesfield road at Pooled opposite B5331 turn for Rudyard has been missing for long time. Posts are still in place but sign is missing. Sign is responsibility of Staffordshire Moorlands district council.

Blocked gullies making Green Lane very dangerous, 8th December
Three quarters of Green Lane is covered in water. The main culprit is a blocked drain in a field on the east side. Water runs into the road and has nowhere to go. The gullies are all full and so the water rushes along three quarters the length of the road. Towards the junction with the B5331 the water crosses the road and enters the stream. But the road is very dangerous and will become more so if frosts arrive.

Parking at the top of a cul-de-sac, pavements blocked, 4th September
Eversley Avenue is a small cul-de-sac and it is proving to be a poor street to live on I have a drive which accommodates at least 2 vehicles and some days I can't get on or off it, occupants who have no driveways park there cars on the pavements causing problems for any cars/vans to turn round etc... It is very sad that when we have visitors with pushchairs they have to walk in the road as the pavement on most occasions are barely visible, daytime is not too bad however evening is appalling, whichever is a nightmare when we have children with various commitments.

Dangerous Wall Broad Street Leek, 23rd July
Tall stone wall on Broad Street , heading towards Endon next to bus stop ( SMS code - stagjtwm, stop name - leek town centre opp Sneyd street, ATCO 3800C820701) , has a large bulge in it and stones are beginning to drop out.

Lots of holes, 7th March
The road between St Edward Street pretty much back to the Morrisons roundabout is riddled with large potholes. The area has been getting worse for some time now, this is a main road. Plese survey that stretch of road and fix the holes properly.

Loose and noisy manhole cover, 22nd October
This manhole cover, in the road opposite number 8, is getting worse, it bangs every time a car goes over. The noise wakes us up from around 4 am every day. Soon the cover will collapse.
